Sir,
It is to bring into yours kind
notice that the vanrawat community which is very poor, illiterate and deprived
of their social and civil rights. We have approached various institution
reading their problems but result a
zero.
1.In District
Jail Haridwar tribal is under life imprisonment but he is not able to get any
legal aid to defend him in court.
2. Tribal man singh missing from the police custody
since the year 2007. R.T.I. No 2/2010 State police complaint authority is
annexed as evidenced.
3. A dalit
(Scheduled caste ) lady who was working as homemaid is facing police and band
atrocities because being poor she is not able to pay rupees 5 thousand.
4. A widow
B.P.L. Tribal women is not able to get her social and civil rights because she
cannot afforded court fees of rupees 98 thousand. The lady suffering because
of the construction of public toilet in
front of her house by the nagar panchayat Didihaat, previously which was in
other places of that town. Which is
totally the violation of road land control act and encroachment regulation.
Despite that the court ask the lady to submit rupees 98 thousand as court fees.
The lady economically very very poor note able to submit the court fees in the
court case No. 02/2010 Civil Judge Junior Division Didihaat District
Pithoragarh, Kaushalya Devi V/s D.M. Pithoragarh is annexe.
5. I Jaswant
Singh Jangpangi was an L.I.C. agent. My agent No was 449090405 since 1988. To
protect the development officers of the L.I.C. in the year 1990 I was
alleged to gaban the money of policy holders and the commission i.e.
business of mine was stopped. After vigilance enquiry of L.I.C. Management on 17 April 1996. I was not found guilty in
the set vigilance enquiry. After that L.I.C. requested me not to approach the
court so that the dignity of L.I.C. be defamed. And they assured me to grant
compensation for my loss and permit me to restart my ruined L.I.C. Agency .
This of the record. The evidence which is L.I.C. Act 1972 section 19 Agency
Act. After completing five year only then the commission in the form of
business will be awarded but I work for two years only and they are giving me my
commission till date. Neither form 16 nor T.D.S. (Income Tax ) cut on my commission was given to me with in
the financial years.
After filing R.T.I. application in
the year 2010. I was issued from 16 and then I approached to income tax office
to file the income tax return. Then Income tax office said that we can revise
the T.D.S. return only for previous 3 years. Then I filed a case in income tax
commissioner Naintal office. The income tax commissioner gave decision in my
favour and the income tax commissioner code in his order that this is totally a
violation of income tax act which was done my L.I.C. Due to this mistake of L.I.C. my business as
L.I.C. agent was collapsed and I faced
and facing irreparable loss.
Because from 16 was not issued to me
by L.I.C. with in time due the which I can not file income tax return and I
faced irreparable economic loss. It was organized atrocity of a tribal agent which was done by
a government run agency that is L.I.C. despite being a non profitable
organization.

I have resigned from the Special Police Service when I
was serving in Remote Areas of Uttarakhand.
Than I had joined L.I.C. as an agent. I have been punished six moths imprisonment, for fighting
against Corruption in L.I.C. since I was innocent, I could not made any appeal. I spend the imprisonment at Almora
Jail.
According to information received under R.T.I. from Ministry of Law and Justice, Govt, of the India,
the punishment given me was totally misuse of powers and against the law. It clears that I (Agent no. 4490405 ) have
added a new chapter in the history of L.I.C. of India, disclosing The biggest corruption and violation of L.I.C.
Act.
As the Financial Experts and Law Experts have observed
that as an agent, more than 5 thousand crores compensation is payable to me by
L.I.C. of india.
I have sent several letter to various departments to pursue the matter but it
is null and void.
Either I have get justice or not I have and my family,
have no care and worry because we do not believe in luxury and fast life. Humanity
is our religion. If person who are poor and helpless, least population, illiterate
and stands in last row have not get the justice I will throw my life for them.
Today I have so many evidences which I have got by the
long struggle under Right to information Act,
2005 passed by Government of India but I have no money and support,
because in the Great Democracy of Justice is found by the money. Everyone is
not film star as- Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan and Politician Lalu Yadav, Pappu
Yadav, Kannimojhi, d. Raja and industrialist Subrato Rai Bail, Appeal,
Revision, Perol, other judicial prospects needs lot of money. I am fighting as
one man army without any weapons and money for the helpless, poor, harrassrd minor,
belonging Schedule Caste and Schedule
Tribe for their harassment and social justice and rights.

of world. I am a convicted I was innocent on struggling in LIC corruption in
the interest of nation society and humanity then too I did not appeal RTI
proved that misuse of penal rights was contravention of judicial systems.
Since 1990 in LIC corruption agonies and in insults
(4490/405 Agency) alone struggle, every one picture in clear from RTI for which
compensation of Rupees five thousand crore is too less. Legal and financial

waste. Being agreed suddenly old woman died. in which also today struggle of unemployed
BPL son is continuing.
I have been give my home and i am passing
my life in lack. It all above not found justice then i will waived my life in
deep sorrow. I have proofs but i have no money and cooperation. I does every
work alone.
