2 Raji tribal boys 12 and 14 years old got life time imprisonment and another custodial death, everything is exposed but Governor, High Court and Chief Minister not taking matter deeply at all so that I began Hunger strike from Jantar Mantar since 03 September 2016 many memorandum sent to PM, President, Ministry of tribal, Human Rights Commission, ST Commission, but nobody takes action. I will fight till my last breath I pledge.

Subject: LIC of India curse on immunity, sensibility of and the very existence of the tribal people as proved by the Didihat branch No. 13020. Tribal agent No. 4490405 claim on LIC for no less than Rs. 5, 000 crores made 2 years ago depending upon the rash act as I was put into by the corrupt LIC management, the claim got undermined and underestimated owing to the time constraints, resources deprivation, pressure exerted by the LIC and regressive psychology imposed by them to continue their corruption and no or little claim by the victim.

Now after 2 years of the claim as said in the subject here above, when they have failed to pay even the less amount what was sought when I got time to estimate the claim genuinely it falls at least 2 lakh crore rupees as overall economic development of one and all, especially mine was 

curbed by the anti-national, anti-human and anti-development approach to fulfil their corruption oriented greed of LIC management staff and that of those in the Union of India.

To fight against the L:IC corruption and harassment I had to serve 6 months of imprisonment also, which defamed and reduced my exertions and progressive effect on the nation and overall global economy and global human populace.

which is evident by the international raise for me being one man army without violence for all human rights and against corruption. I am Indian national and anti corruption crusader and human rights activist for all world humans hence yet considering some respite to the Government undertaking LIC being a PSU, but because of this relief my work and I should not be taken for granted, as this relief attributable only to my courtesy should not be abused for undermining human development qualities and pragmatic exertions, the LIC must pay me no less than 50, 000 crore rupees (Fifty Thousand Crore rupees) as compensation that they owe me for causing me damages and hence spoiling my my life too, as under revised estimate made by me with perfection on genuine pragmatic grounds. The LIC has continued to fight in the court against me for 2 years and now and I got nothing and am struggling for myself and others despite much lesser claim was made by me. Now I claim roper damages well on time with 150, 000 crores as exemption form the estimated 2 Lakh crores and the rebated amount of claim falls to be 50, 000 crore rupees.

It is top be also noted that the LIC has become curse for Scheduled Tribes in the remote areas and I have been raising voices hence they are also against me as they want to continue corruption while I want to curb it in human interest. The below points explain this:

1. LIC branch at Didihat, district Pithoragarh, Uttrakhand's administrative officer Sunder Singh under financial sponsorship of LIC got his multi-storey house constructed, the roof of his house was let out on rent to Airtel telecom operator for installation of mobile tower by taking lakhs of rupees as advance and several thousands of rupees as monthly rent at extraordinarily highly sensitive zone 5 for earthquakes where construction of multi storey houses is forbidden for life security purposes. Around the house there are scores of tribal people dwelling 

and great danger to them is created by this house construction. On the roof of the multi-storey house stands 60 feet high and tonnes of heavy tower and at any calamity may be caused at any time for the tribal. 

The radiation emitted by the tower is also dangerous for tribal health and the government officers and LIC officers even after complaints remained aloof from the matter proving their reckless disregard towards human tribal lives. After all who is responsible for endangering tribal lives? Declaration on this is needed as human lives matter.

2. Below Poverty Line (BPL) and unemployed tribal  people in the remote border area Gram Patu, Village & Post: Patu, Area/Tehsil: Munshiari, District Pithoragarh, Mr. Duryodhan Singh Dhargayalson of Rukam Singh Dhargayal was due to his unemployment was working as domestic help of Development Officer, LIC named Pushkar Singh in 1990s of the LIC Branch Didihat. Because of the misbehaviour of this DO, LIC named Pushkar Singh, his domestic help abandoned his domestic help service and went back to his place 200 kilometres away, in his won village. The Tehsil administration declared him extraordinarily poor attesting that his income was less than Rs. 1, 200 per month only from all sources, and categorised him Below Poverty Line and issued BPL certificate he was entitled to according to his income.But the LIC  branch at Didihat, Pithoragarh, Uttrakhand pays lakhs of rupees in the name of Duryodhan Singh as business generator of LIC of India c/o Pangati Pustak Bhandar. Duryodhan Singh never goes to Didihat. He does not even know that LIC is making or issuing lakhs of rupees payments in his name as commission agent and business generator.

SUBJECT: Moral support on humane grounds for the world’s most non-violent, helpless, straight and simple tribal under wild conditions. Social Justice and Human Rights for them established.

I am known as one man army with non violence fighting for human rights since 1990 AD for helpless people, social justice, anti-corruption and all types of human welfare and good because I have also faced the severity of corruption and harassment which was very painful and agonistic hence I am never able to tolerate corruption and derivation of right of anyone, in spite of many people call me emotional fool altruist.

I am victimized by LIC of India, the largest life insurer in this sub-continent and have served imprisonment sentence owing to this corruption. Today, I a prefer justice for helpless conserved Raji tribal, social justice and human rights for which I am on hunger strike since September 2016 at the national protest siteat Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, India.

2 innocent Raji tribal children of 12 and 14 years old got life imprisonment in Uttarakhand Jail, India since the year 2005.. Every judicial procedure on them was carried out as major aged in spite of them being minors. Right now they are in prison with no visitors and supporters except me in this entire world.

The commissioner of the Child Commission of Uttrakhand enquired and declared at the time of incidence in the year 2005 the children were aged only 12 and 24 years and produced report before the Governor, Chief Minister, Chief Secretary of the state and the High Court in this state many times, and this matter was published by several news publications.

After Raji tribal never came back home since 10 July 2007, an FIR No. 99/2007 section 290-91 in this matter of missing tribal man was lodged with case no. 2-2010, the police complaint authority and Uttrakhand Govt at Dehra Doon.

The Chaueman JCS Rawat, the above authority declared Raji tribal Man Singh’s custodial death. They released the report to the government of Uttarakhand and High Court on 28-12-2012. One case is yet pending with the above authority, under decision. I am demanding regularly that this case be inquired by the CBI from the Uttrakhand Govt. but the Govt ignored in order to protect the culprit police officers. This is the reason why I let down by the Uttarakhand Govt. I came to National protest site at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi and am on hunger strike. I am also myself a Himalyan tribal man. My native place is surrounded by Nepal and China borders. The temperament of all the Himalyan tribal is always on n-violence and are always loyal towards their nation. The Himalyan tribal have worked for the national security significantly with defense, intelligence, para-military, Administrative services, Foreign Services. At global level innovation and adventure mountaineering they have served like Columbus, Marco Polo and Sherpa Tenzing and have got fame and dignity for their nation and all humanity. Kumari Bachendri Pal, Harish Chand Rawat, Raghu Raj Singh Dhami Sattu Mina Dharma Sattu and the great surveyor of the Survey of India Mr. Nain Singh Rawat is known as one  of the greatest of legends all over the world.

Indian Himalyan tribal in spite of being close to China yet none of them being ever declared s Chinese agent which is what Indian Govt. must consider. What greater loyalty towards humanity, nation, righteousness is possible?

China, not only unduly exploited Tibet, but also the Indian Hmalyan tribal, too much. China has tried o encroach their dignity livelihood and religious institutions. The Himalyan tribal started considering China as their enemy since then.

But the Indian Govt has failed to pay heed to them and is totally insensitive towards them because the Himalyan tribal have no political power. The Himalyan tribal’s many daughters climb the Everest peak but cannot climb any of the state houses of legislature and the parliament owing to political prejudice.

For me only that country and community is great which genuinely considers and performs pragmatically in favour of human rights.

I request the UN to intervene in this matter of Himalyan tribal, specifically Raji tribal which is on the verge of getting extinct, attributable to the reckless disregard by the Indian Government. Should this disregard and corruption by NGOs pretending to work in their interest continue, these tribal are going to finish very soon from the face of Earth, which will be every shameful for the entire globe and the global communities and authorities. The United Nations in this regard, will also be considered as insensitive and anti-human.

I requested almost all the High Commissions of the global nations to protect them but no country has shown any favorable consideration to my request, in favour of these Raji tribal, including the media houses such as BBC.

Every day from Jantar Mantar being at hunger strike request the President of India, Prime Minister, Central Ministries, Hon’ble Supreme Court, NHRC of India (the Indian representation of the UN HRC), I present memorandum.

My demand from the Indian National protest site Jantar Mantar is immediate relief to the Raji tribal and state action towards eradication of corruption in Indian public or Government sector.

Rani   tribal, a nomad, is different from civilized society in all ways. Face cut, language, tongue, religion and living standard are all in different manner.

          On one hand raji tribal are very simple and in wild condition, the civilised society is trying to become modern and looks for advanced living standards. This civilized society regularly used Raji tribal for their benefits and  political use. There are too many NGO’s are growing on behalf of the conservation of Raji tribals.

          If needed Mr. Gangan Rajwar a Raji Tribal, became Assembly member by putting him out from cave by civilized society and a lady from civilized society got married with Raji Tribal. It happen first time in the history of Raji Tribal. If not needed he kept out like a bee dropped in the glass of milk by taking too many illegal works from him. He is under many judicial problem now a days. He has bungalow, luxurious cars and high living standard but has been  cut from wild life society and he is disturbed in all ways. 

After 10 years long political life, he spend such a luxurious life that his tribal community is not able to accept him in Raji Society . His condition is such that he cannot became a single ward member now in spite of the total strength of 200 voters of Raji Tribal and he cannot join the wild life with his civilized society’s wife.

          They the civilized society with accept there as a MLA  he would become self by his own, his condition is such that a fish from Himalayan river, put into a pond of  fish where he has to free completion with other fish in all direction and walls in a fixed and suffocated area. He realized now that his Raji community is cooperation to him and civilized society could not gave value to him.

Civil society and NGO did not show any sympathy with the Raji tribal and their society justice and rights. Crores of Govt revenues have been spend till now but there is no change in the life style of Raji tribal. They are still decreasing due to malnutrition, illiteracy and low age limit.

They are afraid of law and order, thus 12-14 years old boys from Raji tribal  is still in jail for life imprisonment and they are in police custody from 2005.

Mr. Governer of Uttarakhand did not show any sympathy with the two boy. Is it sensitivity of human values?

Finally one day raji tribal will finished from society I request to all google. Please save raji tribal on behalf of sensitivity of human values.

If the raji tribal has strong political back, literate and wealthy then minor raji tribalgot rights in 2005, even they were innocent in the murder case

Another raji tribal had police custody death, everyone has silent in this case, because raji tribal has no vote and no money. Uttarakhand governor release the hard core criminal Javahar singh parihar, who is in jail since 2005 for life imprisonment while spending more than his half punishment in payroll.

The two boys did not see the even face of their family member since 2005. The justice in this country follow the rule of unites.

Today the two boys realize that of their community would strong, they write letter to home that they should go to Nainital high court, and keep pushpa joshi as advocate and conduct medical from Shushila Tiwari medical college, they will declare minor, there companion do the same he become redirect but the parent do not have money and effortless, they cannot do it.

I am requesting since 2009 regularly to governor and chief minister uttarakhand, but they did not responding after long year. I got success to publish this news in media but no one is giving preference it seems the no humanity in the world. I will struggle till my last breath.  

Indian express news high court, Nainital UK took deeply and sought from the Uttarakhand Govt. on which superintendent of police, Pithoragarh, UK set inquiry  from Village head and village development officer (VDO) statement case no. 161/2005 section 221302504506 murder case, police station askot pithoragarh, UK that time minor Raji tribal only 12 and 14 years of age and some months old on the basis of gram sabha family register, their conduct was very good. their release was not objected by any villagers. 
On 13th April 2015 national capital new delhi Nirbhaya accused released only after 3 years imprisonment  under juvenile act, but innocent Raji Triabls children not given justice under same law while there is equality under law.

Hon'ble formal child commissioner ajay setia, UK child conservation commission put up report to the governor, chief minister, high court, UK and Chief secretary of UK Government. 

On 13th October 2013 and 5 Nov 2014 UK jails were inspected by UK courts and after 2000 under juvenile punished 66 children who are still in prison with matured convicts which is wrong. life term for 2 innocent minor tribals which is against juvenile act and also got media coverage yet not released, need to be released right now from haridwar jail transferred sitar gang central jail where first time I made their parents meet them since 2005. Since then I am waiting for their release each  day but they are not getting out.

03 september 2000 I am at hunger strike at national protest site at Jantar Mantar and send memorandum to SC/ST affairs minister President Chief justice Prime  Minister and to Ambassadors of all nations but  to one listens and all have turned blind eye to them.

I will not return home until these children get justice. please holy and beautiful my land UK in my blog me and right to information act. some achieve my life 4 page story Himalayan tribals custody death all can read which is truth of my struggle for all humanity.

In my country I can get anything but not justice AS NO TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN INVESTIGATION. There is Rule of Corruption and against the rule of rule the land seems to have become. I have all evidence but no money and supporters to fight hence no justice to the tribals and any sort of aggrieved and suffering whose rights encroached by the corrupt. Supporters in my country can only be bought.

Thus, helpless conservative Raji tribe minors innocent not got justice in spite of my long struggle. This is because Its decreasing population is soon gong to make it extinct.

They have no money and vote bank hence no body pays attention to them at all.
