Helpless Himalyan tribal though being innocent being 12 and 14 years serving life term in Uttarakhand jail and they have no one to help there, except me .One of the Himalyan Raji tribal has been killed in police custody, biggest blunder of the system and machinery failure and human rights made fun of. I have exposed everyone.
Hon'ble former Child Commissioner Mr. Ajay Setia and former High Court judge and Police complaint Authority chief Mr. JCS Rawat, I sought help from but of no avail. Now I have got good response from Mr Modi Ji, Prime Minister of India and the UDS president Mr Trump, what more needed now?
Help for the helpless in this whole world I want, nothing else. In this  noble work participants are scarce, and are formidable. In this regard the US president Mr trump pouts in that life is a credit card issued by God which has an expiry date, hence, each one should do good things before this expiration date or expiry term.
PM Modi says that tribal does not make complaints but sustains everything and the nation should learn from them. I say whole world should learn for them, specially the Himalyan tribal for global peace and development.
Himalyan Raji tribal's strength being only 157 and decreasing, who dwell in danger zone 5 and hence too prone to get vanished form the face of earth through any calamity, despite these being in the UN tribal conservation schedule.Raji should be given facility like the Red Indian American tribal so that humanity prevails on earth and evils cease.
LIC of India, a life insurer owes me 2 lakh crore rupees on the basis of bare minimum compensation accrual as per the financial and legal humanitarian and shrewd analysis by experts including myself reveal. LIC staffers treated me with treacherous devices in their greed and performed great damage to the whole human community.
Anyone can analyse my life exertions in deprivation yet so much of efforts and results in so much altruistic humane activities which under ordinary circumstances can be only nil. Such is my competence, then equipped with  my genuine renumeration and resources and mentally free from LIC torture the whole world would have been much better place for all.

<ON THE VERGE OF VANISHING IN DISTRICT PITHORTAGARH, UTTARAKHAND>

Himayan Van Raji tribal is inhabitant of the Indo-Chinese-Tibet-Napalese border region surrounded distrit Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. These are dwellers of profound Himalyan forests vesting in the border tehsil of purview of Didihat, SDharchula,Chorani, Jamtadi,Antoda, Kim Khola, Madan Puri, etc.are their inhabited villages. Himalyan Van Raji is on the verge of getting ceasing to exist, the strength of which is declining steeply with consistence, now counting only 517 members. Former High Court judge Mr JCS Rawat reports that one Himanlayan tribal Man Singh butchered horribly  in Halda on 28.12.2012 amounting to police custody death. Te crimes against these tribal have been committed by the state machinery despite these being under conservation status by the Government of India and the United Nations under sub original tribal conservation like the Zakha tribal of Andaman and Nicobar  islands. Their inhabited area has been declared as buffer zone and any photography/videography, etc. of these and their area attracts 7 years imprisonment and Rs. 10, 000/- fine. Earlier they used to conduct agriculture which was later forbidden under the forest rules where shifting cultivation was prohibited. These used to dwell in caves or state formed hutments erected for them. With the flow of water these use to carve out wooden tools which are bartered with civilized people  where these tribal place their produce at a pre-determined place in confidence and move away, to later find the wooden produce replaced with other things of their utility. This wooden produce or labour is the only resort for their livelihood now. Evacuation of the residence on demise of any of their family member is their conduct and for their chastity they perform hard struggle and are now victim of malnutrition, lack of education, unemployment, poverty, early death and other evils.

In spite of being victimized by all evils this naive and deprived tribal with no genuine criminal history, these are much afraid of civilized society, police and other state machinery and find it n their optimum interest in staying away from them..

This tribe is in the state of Adam and Eve as described in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible which is evident by the custom these people follow. Like, when these people have to marry the bride and groom have to throw a feast of an edible fruit Tarul and go for hunting it in forests and after procuring it offer it to the mass wedding guests. Some members of this tribal also dwell in Nepal. These are also good at fishing and also a few of them have attained education with government efforts. However, despite ST reservation by the government these have not yet been able to secure good life due to lack of education as their rights have been hit by the corrupt NGO people operating in the region who earn in their name viz, Chia, Arpan, etc. who earn several billions of funds from world over but themselves enjoy their benefits while the ground reality of these tribal is as same as ever, probably more deteriorated by their malicious acts of operation in their region. Live reality of their status today can say it all live with biggest of evidences ever possible.

The corrupt NGO people do nothing for them but only make money for themselves which is meant for this conserved tribal and as these are uneducated their thumb impression is taken fraudulently and deceptively, and gobble up their benefits self.

Now we also see that they have been suffering and their 2 children of 12 and 14 years age have been serving life term and one is dead in police custody and no one speaks for them but busy making money in their name. I observed this, and alone am contending against natural evils against these tribal and also the corrupt human made evils in greed by operating NGOs for them, which are factually against them and their biggest enemy in greed.

Grievance Description	:	To Shri Narendra Modi Ji The Prime Minister of India Dear Sir, I am a tribal from Uttarakhand and representing my community's travails and needs which they are yearning for and want to make your kind self aware that we have been serving the nation and our conduct is very good in the government records and we have been serving the nation in administration, army, intelligence, medical, paramilitary, foreign, forest services, etc. at top level with excellent track record and conduct. Great surveyor Nain Singh Rawat of the Survey of India, Bachendri Pal, Nita Dharm Sattu, Lav Raj Singh Dharm Sattu and so on and so forth famous all over the world belong to our community of Himalyan tribal. We were sometime traders and top rich in our region but since China invaded Tibet we have to only go for jobs which have got us degenerated to lower stratum. Our service is unmatched and our nationality is atop, and it is evident that despite being close to China none from our community member has been yet declared China agent which is evidence of us being top nationalists. Our people are in top intelligence positions in India. Several freedom fighters and Padm Shree awardees are from among us, that too under the Government compliance. This is crucial matter and hope you also understand that as you have celebrated your last Diwali with our people only, that we as a community can do wonders for the nation but are being neglected as have no political representation. We therefore plead you to enable us representation in the Parliament through Rajya Sabha and or Nominated members of Vidhan Sabha as Anglo Indian mansoori, as you can observe that our daughters though climb top peaks like Everest and bring laurels for the nation but cannot climb Parliament or state legislative assembly stairs. INC makes Raj Babbar like people Rajya Sabha member but none from people who were their own voters, this is the reason we shifted faith from INC to BJP and you got glorious victory recently. Peace and harmony are necessary for human rights, justice, happiness and satisfaction. Today, in such a vast democratic nation India where the world's most simple and docile people used to lead highly peaceful, blissful, satisfactory and prosperous life with grandeur but since China invaded Tibet all the favorable virtues of Himalyan tribal vanished along with those of the Tibetans. Himalyan tribal's workplace was Himalyan region and with mutual co-operation, trade and prosperity used to prevail within this Indo-Tibetan region i.e. the Himalyan tribal-Tibetan region, but China destroyed everything. Restoration of rights of the Tibetans and the Himalyan tribal is the most crucial need of this geographic location.

I also request the Indian Government that guerilla warfare trained Civil Defense people be given their due compensation which has been encroached upon by the corrupt ones in various central government ministries, as for this mostly tribal trained to contend with China need to be satiated so that patriotism persists, else may vanish if the government abuses their due compensation funds by diverting them for filling the deficit created by the corrupt ones, like for bailing out Public Sector Banks, where the NPAs have been created by the Corrupt PSB babus.

Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi states that tribal does not complaint but tolerate all pain and agony, and advances the same way. Nation should learn from them. I say the world should learn form them if peace and all god needs to be brought about in this world.

I attach applications and present my web based blog since 2001 for analysis, the biggest mistake of Indian democracy against Indian Himalyan tribal as they have no vast vote bank and/or note bank.

Subject:- Your country support for Himalyan tribal.

Sir/Ma'am,

I am struggling since the year 2007 to get 2 children sentenced for life despite being 12 and 14 years of age which is against the Juvenille Act or the law of land and also against the UN common declaration.

Your country awarded Mr Kailash Satyarthi with Nobel for his exertions towards the release of minor children from working places, against child labour.

Mr. Satyarthi threatened low status people like small factory owners, street food vendors, etc. of law and these simple low profile people got scared and released the children. While, in India where there is lawlessness, among higher strata people and law is known to be only for low profile people to follow. I am trying to take on the national president, Prime Minister, Chief Minister and Governor of the state of Uttarakhand and several other high profile people including the corrupt police personnel. These personalities are known to be though not on books but pragmatically, above the law of land and common UN declarations and treaties, at least in their own land above their own citizen.

In spite of Child Commission supported me in the aforesaid matter no respite to the victims has been given. Similar is another case of custody death of a Raji Himalyan tribal of the region where people are naive and uneducated to protect themselves hence get framed by the corrupt officials in their personal interest. Ia m struggling alone for them and as not attached to any NGO or political party, no one is wiling to furnish me aid for these genuinely needy and deprived people, as there are remote chances of publicity stunt regarding these, hence even my petitions of sucour to them were also ignored by your Nobel laureate Mr Kailash Satyarthi.

I am requesting whole world for the cause of humanity to support this noble purpose of getting the aforesaid victims relieved, per the law of land and the common UN Declarations.

I am proud to be Indian Himalyan tribal, INDIA.

Vesting at the India-China-Tibet border along while several kilometres in the Indian ambit, apart from Indian Tribal no other community dwells. No Himalyan tribal yet has been found to be Chinese agent, no matter greatest of cunningness by China, what greater nationality than this is possible by any community at all?
 China not only exploited Tibet but also Indian Himalyan tribal, due to which we tribal consider China as our enemy like the Tibetans.
When China can invade Tibet it can also do the same with Himalyan Tribal and encroach their Religion, Culture and Dignity.

We also think that we should help in getting Tibet free from China so that we are also safe and the culprit China learns a lesson that it should not look back to us. We and Tibetans should get one and stronger on this.

Himalyan Tribal is very naive and weak and needs to be supported. We plead all global humane community to support us by all means. 
Himalyan Tribal have all competence but no vote bank and note bank hence no one supports. Shame on dirty politicos playing dirty politics.
