Tribal who are not adult and suffering life time prison, they belong to the Banraut community Village Kamtoli Jamtadi Dist. Pithoragarh named Jagat Singh s/o Maan Singh, Gagan Singh S/o Jeet Singh in Haridwar District Jail Uttarakhand India.
Police tried the MLAs wife not to come to the court all the time and was been successful.
Because of National legal service authority of Supreme Court govt. of India has refused from High Court very rudely when i was been appealed. 

From the above mentioned village Mr. Maan Singh S/o Indra Singh has been absconded from the police custody since 2008 from Police Station Joljebi.

Mrs. Kaushalya Devi w/o Late Mr. Bhagwan Singh who was living on the roadways station Didihat place from since 50 years, and he was under BPL class and BJP MLA was in its favor. He built a Sulabh complex opposite to their house without any NOC, or without any permission from PWD as well as Road Land Control act 1945. The MLA dishonored all the notices from the government from the respective departments and also from the court. Even the DM was politically under pressure to perform any action against the construction and the MLA and finally that complex was been contructed.

 In 1999 there was lady named Jayanti Devi w/o late Nathoram Nai Basti Didihat in my place from the minority class, her house and everything was been auctioned by the bank just for Rs. 5000 which she was holding in the bank, but the member of BJP Mrs. Sudha Joshi, police, and the bank fault she was unable to save the things her husband was poisoned and died due to harassment. When I tried to support that lady the party, police, and the bank tried to put me under pressure of false offences, fights, riots, and many more fraud cases, but after some time the bank compensated the lady with Rs. 10000 affidivated in 2001. After finding that bank receipt with the Mrs. Sudha Joshi though there was no action taken on her just because of her political strength. Judicial Magistrate first division is just providing the dates not the decision from since 2009 in case number 243. But I am still suffering the same things till today. Sudha Joshi Vs Jaswant Singh.

Case Number 28 in year 2000 Police Station Didihat, I have won the case from High Court, now it’s the turn of Supreme Court now to take my revision on revision.

Case Number 29 in the year 2000 police station Didihat under the SC/ST Act stay in 2000 high court has dismissed the case and not informed me.

I have exposed Mrs. Sudha Joshi‘s all the corruption nobody has taken the action against misuse of National funds.  She has taken the funds from the same for building the Sulabh Complex on her son’s name. She has built the shops from the Disaster funds and nobody yet has taken any action on it.

Mr. Sunder Singh Pangti’s and Pushkar Singh Pangti’s all the frauds was been exposed by me and nobody has taken any action. I have exposed all about LIC officer’s Fraud signatures and dummy agencies. But till today nobody has taken any action on it.

In the year 2007 an orphan Abdul Mannan was running his traditional chicken shop in Didihat and the Municipal Corporation of Didihat has issued an notice to empty the shop. Was been also said that by the order of the court in future his shop licence will never be renewed. I used RTI in the same case and was been cleared that there was no such orders were issued from the Court, Municipal Corporation came up the knee, when the case was been with the SP of the area the case was finished. But I was expecting that Municipal Corporation has to be in prison.
 In May 2007 The District Magistrate MS Kumkum Rani came to the Junior Divisional Court Didihat for the Inspection. All the Authorities, Media, Police, Commissions, Politicians and dozens of Lawyers were following her. Suddenly she had found an Toilet which was been constructed in 1990. MS Kumkum Rani became angry and ordered for the destruction of the toilet, Same time action was been taken by the authority. Ms Laxmi Devi tried to oppose for the same and tried to burn herself so that they will not destroy the construction. Still Authorities has shown their cruelness and destroyed the Construction. There was nobody to help the owner of that Toilet building. Media publishing the news by saying that it was an violated property. After that i have used RTI on SDM Didihat. According to RTI Act 6(3) Case is getting transfer to Judicial Magistrate First Class and the clarification came out that it was the case of violation then why the legal action was not taken before the destruction of the construction. If the court has given the orders for destroy then accused can take a stay on it from the Civil Court. Action taken in the above case is just a misuse of power and authority. The case was taken to the high court Nainital India and inspection was done on the all matter court has apologized with the accused and ordered for the reconstruction of the toilet at the same place. District Judge Kumkum Rani wrote an letter to SP Champawat and said to take very strict action against the accused woman's husband ASI Khemram. The Scene was made by wife and the husband is getting punished for the same thing? Is this Law anywhere in the world?

In the year 2000 on 28th October Judicial Magistrate First Class Didihat gave me punishment in Prison for 6 months under the case number 955. That time an 86 years Old man tried to make me bailout his name was Mr. Mansingh Janpangi. He has produced his all the property and lakhs of rupees land. Court said that his ability is illegal and it’s fake and charged that old man under section 344. The court said that they don't have any land and their residence is under the government Land and made that innocent mans insult and harassment. In the year 2007 I used RTI and it was been proven that the Offender has most of the land in that city on his name, and his ability was financially very sound. Offender’s house was under the registered land from 1964 on his name, Honorable Law and Justice Ministry has issued a notice to the Uttarakhand Government to take necessary action about this matter and give them the explanation. But due to corrupted officers nothing is happen till today.
in the all above matters i am trying to get justice but unfortunately i am unable to get justice and i am suffering  by the high court and supreme court.

You are requested to provide me the transparent investigation of Honorable LokAyukta, Media and related officers information, till the time I will not get any justice its impossible for me to come back home. As I feel I am not same I need protection for the same.

Respected Sir,

            I have learnt that your country and your NGO from the respected country supported that body who struggled for the Corruption and Human Rights.

            I am struggling the above matter since last 20 years. I do not have any supporter and perform all duties by myself. I am of Tribal Caste who live near China/Tibet and Nepal in India. Now I am struggling for one Tribal community which has the least population in the world. I am fighting for the 2 of the under age boys who are suffering lifetime  sentence with matured prison of district central Jail Haridwar, Uttrakhand although they are not matured and just minors. Every judicial prospect as well as matured prison, that time the age of the prisoners was just 12 and 14 years respectively. I have tried through National Legal Service Authority (Supreme Court) & Supreme Court has supported me for the above mentioned subject and I had appealed in Uttrakhand High Court. High Court rejected the appeal very rudely without providing any reason for the rejection. Although we have submitted the age proofs. As the the governor of Uttarakhand inspection report they have been declared as minors not the adult.

            I have found that one travel missed from the police custody since year 2008 and other schedule cast travels social justice and rights. I have lots of evidence collected under Right to Information Act 2005 Government of India.

            I am also fighting of LIC’s corruption. I do follow the rules of Right to Information act 2005, Govt. Of India. Also while fighting for the LIC’s corruption. I was imprisoned for 6 months at Uttrakhand. After getting in touch with the Law Ministry it was declared that my imprisonment was wrong and not justified.

            Now at present, it has been 2 months that I have left home and have also informed the Governor, CM & Chief Justice of High and Supreme Court and also the DM Pithoragah, State Uttrakhand India.

            I have no communication with my family now and if I do not get justice, Jaswant Singh Janpangi then I will be happy to commit suicide.

            Under RTI act:- Under Right to Information Act 2005, Govt. of India, have encountered several dozens of the cases also involving the judicial system.

            LIC is so corrupt that it openly breaks all the rules and regulations under the Law. I have exposed LIC’s corruption through video conferencing along with the help of CIC- Central Information Commission, Govt. of India.

            Under RTI, LIC gave my TDC, for return papers after a long wait of 20 years. The Income Tax commissioner declared under RTI that whole thing is a big fault of LIC.

            If LIC wouldn’t have done this then, I would have been earning in billions. So, I need justice for this. For your information, in Mumbai one LIC agent went through the same situation and was compensated in billions. In Uttrakhand and Delhi these kind of problems have been resolved and appreciated by Mother Teresa, the Holy Dalai Lama, Human Rights Commission to name a few.

            I was working with the special force on the Indo-Tibet police force in critical conditions. I was passionate about the social work that is I left the current job from the force and started to do the social work by myself without any expectations. I never commercialized the social work during my entire life. For that that I accepted the work with LIC for my daily life and to perform the task what I was passionate about, hence they said it was NPO (Non Profit Organization) it was covering the risk and service for the normal peoples and serving to the humanity in India 1988. It is the organization where I worked very hard and passionately to make myself on the top of the organization in my state Uttarakhand. When I was working with the LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India), I found that there are so many dummy agencies, frauds going on in very open form and the peoples were just trusting it because it’s the work of Govt. of India.

            I started to oppose the corruption and the Management of the organization has misused their power in 1990 – 91 and banned my commission whatever I was earning that time for the period and according to the slab they had provided. So, It was just waste of time and money for me to work without the commission, hence that time only the commission was the income source for the agent which he can serve and get and live his life with doing kind of social work.

            So, I have decided to fight for my own right with the organization and I struggled long time for the same matter upto1996. On 17^th April 1996 the organization came under pressure and taken my case to the department of vigilance for the further enquiry, there I have been cleared without any fault and given me the sign of innocent, the organization issued me the commission for the period what they had stopped before and also promised me the huge amount of compensation other than the commission for my suffering and struggle. After some time they forgot their promise and I again started to work to get that promise done by the company, and the organization suggested me to not to take any legal action against the organization for the goodwill of it, so I did the same. But after some time I found that whatever the mails I was sending them they were not replying me at all, so I have decided to move further with some political activities as well as legal actions. I sent the same in writtento the governor of Uttarakhand, Human Rights Commission and CVC (Chief Vigilance Commission) also they ordered to take action according to the case I have submitted to them, but the government and the management of the organization tried to save themselves for the interest of the company and the name of Country. They forgot me forever at all.

            After so many applications and appeals as well as video conferences I have faced and I exposed the LIC in 1990 -91 Agent Code: 4490405 Jaswant Singh Jangpangi stopped working and over ruled the law and a regulation of the agency conducts. If the organization behaved well with the employee that was me, I would have earned billions of money which is possible in this profession, as till now I understood that this firm is not for the social interest but making business with the people’s sentiments.

            LIC has spoiled my life socially, mentally, financially, and physically, the organization destroyed my family life and made me lonely forever on the streets, now a days I have no place to sleep, I have no food, I have no shelter, I even can’t move anywhere also can’t meet my own family just because of the organizational mistake.

            LIC has given me 6 month prison, with their lies, and wrong offences against me, which was been declared later that I was innocent, under the RTI act 2005 Govt. of India.

            LIC is paying the tax payable amount to the particular agent, but when he was been searched he was holding the BPL ration card, and he was nothing but just a dummy agent to earn money by a particular officer. In the organization from top to bottom everybody is corrupted they perform the actions like, fraud signature, fraud policy, dummy agents, dummy agencies, fraud medicals, fraud rabbets, fraud compensation etc…

            The organization is robbing the Indian government, income tax department, as well as social service department, human rights, peoples and the citizens who are in the amount of millions. I guess if nobody is stopping this robbery, the organization soon going for the foreclosure and the things which are related with it are going suffer and human beings most of them may commit suicide with this shocking news.

            I have proven during my long struggling life that I am not working for the particular cast, religion, or a class of human being, I am just working for my social interest lonely without any expectations.

I want the peoples who understand the humanity, social justice, sensibility, equality and the rights of human beings, kindly help me to complete my struggle and mission, I am holding all the evidences and proofs with me what I am going to post on my blog soon and facebook too.

            I am demanding Life Insurance Corporation of India Fifty Billion for own 20 years harassment.

            In all the above mentioned matter, which contains, fraud cases, stay, dismissal, revision to revision, date on date is just keep recurring with me, the question is when I will get justice? I am struggling from last 20 years for the same. I am keep going to the commissions, commissionaires; authorities still got nothing till now.

            Todays political interfere contains, differences between cases on stay. Judge from the high court is dismissing the case without any reason and the accused is not getting informed about at all, but high court is not the last court in the world.

            Respected Supreme Court has already said in its some important judgments that its just a exception not the rule or regulation. High court is not authorized to dismiss any criminal offences. I got prison while I was fighting against the corruption. I was innocent still never re-appealed the court. I got punishment as be in prison for my truth and honesty with the nation. This is nothing but just the killing of fundamental rules of the biggest democracy. As per the rule you can forgive the criminals but never punish any innocent human being.

            I was in a historical prison where Pandit Nehru and Vallabh Pant was fighting for the freedom of India I feel happy for that, I was suffering the same as they suffered that time.

            I am not worrying for my rights; I worry about those poor peoples rights. For that I am fighting for the long time. If I will not get justice from the India then it is impossible for me to go back my home and meet with my innocent family who are waiting for me eagerly. Also I will understand the system is working for just money and the Indian law is sold for money, and for me there is only one step remaining that I would go somewhere and commit suicide.

Today's Social Work

During the days in Delhi, I was working for the poor, the peoples who are about to die, the peoples on the road, by providing the safety and better medical facilities who are in need. I was in flash of media these days.

In the year December 2004, Injuries of Stitches were not yet been relieved, one leg was been cut off and another was with plaster Trama Center Delhi CMO Mr. R. S. Tolia threw Mr. Pratapsingh Residence of Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh India in the park beside Nigam Smashan Bhumi Delhi. I have found him suffering with pain and cold and taken him to the Mother Teresa Charitable Organization and successively completed his medical treatment and provided him protection.

By doing this i was in the flash of Zee News and NavBharat Times the reporter was Snehanshu Shekhar.

Same way I saved Mr. Tenji from Tibbet Alias Rajesh by providing him medical and social security I sent him to his home and now he is doing his hotel business in Manali.

Navin Chand Pathak, Habib Miya, Sanju Kumar and so many was been saved by me and sent to their homes. By doing this I came in the News flash of the News Paper Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala.

All the above mentioned work was done by myself alone, there was nobody supporting me. I have found some good peoples.

Now i want to keep this work around all over India and across for that I need your support that is Financially and Morally as well as Physically.

Me and Right to Information Act

From the year 1991 I have started to fight for the Corruption and harassment with the help of Media and Letter Communication with the Honorable, Commissions, and Administration. I was requesting them to take necessary action continuously. But their inspection was been done with the same Management Body at the same offices and the organizations who i was complaining for.

They were misguiding the and saving themselves. All the communication what was been done from the long time was becoming just waste of time, money and energy. If the higher authority was asking for the Inspection of the officers, it was been done with a normal Rev-new officers. He was afraid of his security and the job safety so he was doing favor to the offender. He was not making any action clearly and transparently . Cause of this in the every day the Corruption and Harassment is increasing in the Country. What will do an Normal Complainer? Who will give them Justice? There is no Answers for the 90% of the complaints. The complainer keep talking, writing, and one day he has to die with the tiredness. This is noting but the Spoiling of Human Rights in the Country.

So many Social Justice and Authorities tried including the Social workers tried and Invented the RTI (Right to Information Act) in the year 2005 for the Nations Transparent Working. We can get the Information with the Help of RTI but still we have to try too much to gather the information for the respective subjects. National and State information commissions trying to provide information transparently with accountability.

RTI is the X-Ray Not The Operation.

For making free the Nation from Corrupted officers, Authorities, Commissions we need to Pass the Great Social Worker Anna Hazare's  Dream Jan Lokpal Bill.
After completion of my prison time that was 6 months i had started to fight openly against the corruption, Frauds, Cheats and the Human Rights. Today the RTI is big power in the nation to gather information and open the corruption what is being happen, the same weapon I used for my Fight. Crazy Corrupted peoples have stated to Kill RTI Activists. I am unsafe, I have threat of my life but I never give up to the mission I have started. I have exposed many corruption and cheats with the help RTI. I have used RTI so many times in my life till today and still using it. I am facing the appeals because of misguided information, divisional as well as National commission, i have gathered all the information for the same misguidance. While doing the same process I have exposed the avoidance of the Judicial System.

3rd May 2010: Public Information Officer Law and Justice Ministry Government of India and Chief Secretory Uttarakhand Government has provided the information from District Magistrate Court PitorahGarh. And Cleared that my imprisonment was totally a mistake from the Judicial System and the misuse of Authorities and powers.
When I asked for the information from the SDM  Dipti Singh has refused to provide me information under the RTI act 2005 in the year 2010 and said that its just a embarrassing Law. Mr. Jaswant Singh Janpangi case became the Headline in Media and the Commission has given orders to MS Dipti Singh SDM to provide me the Information I asked for. And it was been my victory again.

2009: SSB Paramilitary Force was  not given the information what the sewing contractor Mr. Dan Bahaddur Titiyal Didihat under the RTI and said that SSB is not coming under the RTI act of India. He was sending them an reply message and tried to collect the information what the accused was expecting,Where I have found the overruled of the human rights and the possibility of Corruption. Mr. Wajahat Ullah had cleared that Army and Paramilitary comes under the RTI and informed to the SSB, SSB came on the knee again. Delay for providing information and the reason was said that accused was not the Indian National although later it was been proven that he was Indian National and all the proofs has been submitted to the respective authorities. Now the question is if accused is not the Indian National then why the contract has been given to him? SSB was harassing the poor contractor by saying the reason that he was been paid lakhs of money in Advance. But the decision came opposite of it and he was been compensated with Lakhs of rupees, if there was no RTI then accused has to commit suicide.

In the year 2007-2008 :  ITBT was recruiting large number of candidates from Uttarakhand, there are so many who was getting medically unfit. The Higher position officers were pushing the doctors to make their candidates medically fit although they are unfit, so again medical tests were been taken. The Candidates who are not fit for the ITBP norms are getting recruited and it was just because upper officers are corrupted. In this case I again used RTI, and ITBP was been secured to provide me information for the long time. The NIC (National Information Commission) asked ITBP to provide me the information what I was asking for. And finally ITBP is accepting that they were recruiting the medically unfit candidates by making the arrangement for re-medical test.

In the year 2009 There was a woman under the BPL (Below Poorty Line) named MS Kaushalya Devi Tolya and she was a widowed she has not given her vote to the BJP (Bhartiya Janata Party) so that, MLA and State Head of the party Mr. Bisan Singh Chaufal wanted to teach her lesson and he built the Sulabh Complex at her house land. Municipal Corporation has declared that that woman has no home registered on her name. In the same many times the information was asked also faced many difficulties. I sent the case to the Uttarakhand Information Commission and after facing many difficulties transparent information was been gathered. In the information gathered been proved that Woman has her own house with her name registered from the year 1964 and the Municipal Corporation was charging her every year taxes. Construction of Sulabh Complex and destruction of old woman's house was fully illegal, misuse of government money refusal of the court orders was been charged on the MLA PWD also said the construction of the sulabh complex is according to the Development Highway Road Control Act 1945 is not valid and before construction NOC must be taken from the respected Authorities. Even the Governor of Uttrakhand asked to take stay on this construction but still the Sulabh Complex was been built on that place, but unfortunately there was no RTI on that time, so that old lady has to be on street. I hope that lady should be healthy and must get justice. High court has not given the stay to that lady yet and she is waiting for the justice. 

There are so many enemies standing against me, but i am that much brave today that i am not afraid of all this.

Details of my Struggling Life 

In the year 1988 I have joined LIC ( Life Insurance Corporation of India ) Uttrakhand  India. I was knowing that LIC India is an NPO (Non Profit Organization) working under Indian government. and always i was expecting the same in my life that i will work for the such organization which working for the human life and security. In the same year i have started my life and joined many peoples and community with the organization and to my social network. In the year 1990 I have made the business up to Rupees 50 - 60 Lakhs  for the organization.

In the year 1991 I found that there is so much corruption with LIC India. Such as Fraud Medical, Fraud Signature, Fraud Agency,  Fraud Death Certificates, Fraud Medical, etc...............

When I tried to oppose LIC India for doing such corruption, LIC stopped my commission as well as started to create trouble for me  in the year 1991 at the end

In  the year 1992  branch manager sent me a letter knowing that my commission is stopped for the year from the management decision.

I've tried too much to communicate with them but never got any success to get any answer from them and finally decided to openly stand for the LIC corruption

I have started my struggle going on with the same and never given up for the same, i always kept my struggle keep going and this is the only thing i have started to do social work in my life now i claim Anna Hazare to have a Big Victory

From that time till now i am still struggling

from that time till now there is no decision came out from the authority, and finally i have decided to make a call for Chief Vigilance officer from LIC India,

But all time LIC was been saved because it was government firm and as well as it was related to public issue, and i was always failed to get decision for the humanity.

Finally one day LIC India has decided to make a compromise with me and called me for a meeting

The LIC India has promised me by sending a letter for the meeting for the meeting and i accepted the meeting with LIC India has been accepted by me hence they were my previous  employer, and when

I went for the meeting with them they have given me proposal to keep quite and not to talk with anybody about the organizational corruption and not to take any action for the organization, if i do that the organization will spoil my life, and I have accepted it

The Organization offered me to take an dummy agency with your wife's name. And as per the guidance with LIC India i have did the same and got new agency with my wife's name where my work was integrated with the organization, where all the exams and other operations has been done by me, and i was the one who signed duplicate signature of my wife hence the Management told me to do so.

The Organisation promised me that they will give me the same position where i was working before and compensation for the harassment. when the LIC India and me were talking in the meeting the Management requested me not to go to the court just to save the position of organization in the public and media. and i was so stupid that time to accept that offer and still suffering for the same.

My Life With LIC India

The day i have started to live my life with LIC India same time my life started to get spoiled with it. The Organization never supported me for anything and never given me any returns for my work yet. me and my family is still suffering for that.

In the year 1988 I had joined LIC India (Life Insurance Corporation of India) one of the biggest organisation of the world. This organisation is working for the Social Security and Human rights of the human beings in India since 1870 till today. This is nothing but a NON PROFIT ORGANISATION (NPO) and its working under Indian Government. In the year 1990 I have done a good job for the organisation and made the business of 50 to 60 lacks by using my social and public network

But unfortunately i have found that there is big corruption going on in the organisation, just to say or an example Re bets, Fraud Signatures, Fraud Medical, Fraud death Certificates and Dummy agencies.

The time i tried to oppose the corruption, LIC India started to make me troubles, and made my life more difficult to live. After some time Organisation had charged the claims and allegations against me and stopped my commission.

In the year 1992 branch manager had sent me a letter mentioning the reasons for stopping my commission, and stopped all the communication with me. I tried on my best to communicate with the organisation, but nobody replied me. Do you think is there any reason to work without commission?

I kept my struggle going on and in the year 1996 I made LIC to sit with me and discuss the problems in front of LIC divisional vigilance officer at Haldwani, Nainital Uttarakhand.

When i started to talk there in the meeting with LIC Vigilance officer it was been proved that LIC India was wrong with me and done a big mistake. So that LIC issued my stopped commission with a letter of compromise, as well as told me not to go to Court and Media for the reputation of the organization also will return my position with dignity and i accepted it. From that time till now there is no reply and decision from the Organization and i am still waiting for the same.

In the year 1999 LIC management informed me that soon the Central LIC office of Mumbai will take action for the commitment done in my favor. The management had suggested me that i can make a new agency with my wife's name where i will be the one who is operational and my wife will be just a nominal. I accepted that proposal just because i wanted to expose LIC India in front of the world and for the humanity. I did the same everything was with my wife's name and i was the one who was doing all the operations.

When i got the new agency with my wife's name the agency code was 10320 under the branch Didihat. I made too good business and i was feeling guilty in myself that what i am doing is wrong and not good for the human beings.

So I left the agency and decided to do some social work in real manner, and expose the LIC India completely. I made lots of postal communication with the management. After too much push ups Investigation was done but always LIC got the advantage hence its a organisation and i am just an individual

In the year 2004 when i was going to the office, my office staff became aggressive with me and started to make me annoy and fight with me, but they were several and i was alone so they beat me and has been proven in the medical report which was been submitted to the Police later when i made a complaint to them. Management had paid some money to the police and i have been sent to the jail.

Anyhow i arranged for my bail out in year 2004 till 2006 my case was with the junior District Magistrate First Class Didihat Pithoragarh Uttarakhand case number 955 under the section 452, 353, 504, 506

in May 2007  I was released from the Prison after completion of my 6 months, but i was so courageous to fight against this corruption, and with the help of RTI (Right To Information Act 2005 Government of India) I proved myself completely innocent from the charges had been charged by LIC India against me.
