From the year 1991 I have started to fight for
the Corruption and harassment with the help of Media and Letter
Communication with the Honorable, Commissions, and Administration. I was
requesting them to take necessary action continuously. But their inspection
was been done with the same Management Body at the same offices and the
organizations who i was complaining for.
They were misguiding the and saving themselves. All the communication what was been done from the long time was becoming just waste of time, money and energy. If the higher authority was asking for the Inspection of the officers, it was been done with a normal Rev-new officers. He was afraid of his security and the job safety so he was doing favor to the offender. He was not making any action clearly and transparently . Cause of this in the every day the Corruption and Harassment is increasing in the Country. What will do an Normal Complainer? Who will give them Justice? There is no Answers for the 90% of the complaints. The complainer keep talking, writing, and one day he has to die with the tiredness. This is noting but the Spoiling of Human Rights in the Country.
So many Social Justice and Authorities tried including the Social workers tried and Invented the RTI (Right to Information Act) in the year 2005 for the Nations Transparent Working. We can get the Information with the Help of RTI but still we have to try too much to gather the information for the respective subjects. National and State information commissions trying to provide information transparently with accountability.

After completion of my prison time that was 6 months i had started to fight openly against the corruption, Frauds, Cheats and the Human Rights. Today the RTI is big power in the nation to gather information and open the corruption what is being happen, the same weapon I used for my Fight. Crazy Corrupted peoples have stated to Kill RTI Activists. I am unsafe, I have threat of my life but I never give up to the mission I have started. I have exposed many corruption and cheats with the help RTI. I have used RTI so many times in my life till today and still using it. I am facing the appeals because of misguided information, divisional as well as National commission, i have gathered all the information for the same misguidance. While doing the same process I have exposed the avoidance of the Judicial System.
3rd May 2010: Public Information Officer Law and Justice Ministry Government of India and Chief Secretory Uttarakhand Government has provided the information from District Magistrate Court PitorahGarh. And Cleared that my imprisonment was totally a mistake from the Judicial System and the misuse of Authorities and powers.
When I asked for the information from the SDM Dipti Singh has refused to provide me information under the RTI act 2005 in the year 2010 and said that its just a embarrassing Law. Mr. Jaswant Singh Janpangi case became the Headline in Media and the Commission has given orders to MS Dipti Singh SDM to provide me the Information I asked for. And it was been my victory again.
In the year 2007 an orphan Abdul Mannan was running his traditional chicken shop in Didihat and the Municipal Corporation of Didihat has issued an notice to empty the shop. Was been also said that by the order of the court in future his shop licence will never be renewed. I used RTI in the same case and was been cleared that there was no such orders were issued from the Court, Municipal Corporation came up the knee, when the case was been with the SP of the area the case was finished. But I was expecting that Municipal Corporation has to be in prison.
In May 2007 The District Magistrate MS Kumkum Rani came to the Junior Divisional Court Didihat for the Inspection. All the Authorities, Media, Police, Commissions, Politicians and dozens of Lawyers were following her. Suddenly she had found an Toilet which was been constructed in 1990. MS Kumkum Rani became angry and ordered for the destruction of the toilet, Same time action was been taken by the authority. Ms Laxmi Devi tried to oppose for the same and tried to burn herself so that they will not destroy the construction. Still Authorities has shown their cruelness and destroyed the Construction. There was nobody to help the owner of that Toilet building. Media publishing the news by saying that it was an violated property. After that i have used RTI on SDM Didihat. According to RTI Act 6(3) Case is getting transfer to Judicial Magistrate First Class and the clarification came out that it was the case of violation then why the legal action was not taken before the destruction of the construction. If the court has given the orders for destroy then accused can take a stay on it from the Civil Court. Action taken in the above case is just a misuse of power and authority. The case was taken to the high court Nainital India and inspection was done on the all matter court has apologized with the accused and ordered for the reconstruction of the toilet at the same place. District Judge Kumkum Rani wrote an letter to SP Champawat and said to take very strict action against the accused woman's husband ASI Khemram. The Scene was made by wife and the husband is getting punished for the same thing? Is this Law anywhere in the world?
2009: SSB Paramilitary Force was not given the information what the sewing contractor Mr. Dan Bahaddur Titiyal Didihat under the RTI and said that SSB is not coming under the RTI act of India. He was sending them an reply message and tried to collect the information what the accused was expecting,Where I have found the overruled of the human rights and the possibility of Corruption. Mr. Wajahat Ullah had cleared that Army and Paramilitary comes under the RTI and informed to the SSB, SSB came on the knee again. Delay for providing information and the reason was said that accused was not the Indian National although later it was been proven that he was Indian National and all the proofs has been submitted to the respective authorities. Now the question is if accused is not the Indian National then why the contract has been given to him? SSB was harassing the poor contractor by saying the reason that he was been paid lakhs of money in Advance. But the decision came opposite of it and he was been compensated with Lakhs of rupees, if there was no RTI then accused has to commit suicide.
In the year 2007-2008 : ITBT was recruiting large number of candidates from Uttarakhand, there are so many who was getting medically unfit. The Higher position officers were pushing the doctors to make their candidates medically fit although they are unfit, so again medical tests were been taken. The Candidates who are not fit for the ITBP norms are getting recruited and it was just because upper officers are corrupted. In this case I again used RTI, and ITBP was been secured to provide me information for the long time. The NIC (National Information Commission) asked ITBP to provide me the information what I was asking for. And finally ITBP is accepting that they were recruiting the medically unfit candidates by making the arrangement for re-medical test.
In the year 2000 on 28th October Judicial Magistrate First Class Didihat given me punishment in Prison for 6 months under the case number 955. That time an 86 years Old man tried to make me bailout his name was Mr. Mansingh Janpangi. He has produced his all the property and lakhs of rupees land. Court said that his ability is illegal and its fake and charged that old man under section 344. The court said that they don't have any land and their residence is under the government Land and made that innocent mans insult and harassment. In the year 2007 I used RTI and it was been proven that the Offender has most of the land in that city on his name, and his ability was financially very sound. Offenders house was under the registered land from 1964 on his name, Honorable Law and Justice Ministry has issued an notice to the Uttarakhand Government to take necessary action about this matter and give them the explanation. But due to corrupted officers nothing is happen till today. Case is under observation in the court.
In the year 2009 There was a woman under the BPL (Below Poorty Line) named MS Kaushalya Devi Tolya and she was a widowed she has not given her vote to the BJP (Bhartiya Janata Party) so that, MLA and State Head of the party Mr. Bisan Singh Chaufal wanted to teach her lesson and he built the Sulabh Complex at her house land. Municipal Corporation has declared that that woman has no home registered on her name. In the same many times the information was asked also faced many difficulties. I sent the case to the Uttarakhand Information Commission and after facing many difficulties transparent information was been gathered. In the information gathered been proved that Woman has her own house with her name registered from the year 1964 and the Municipal Corporation was charging her every year taxes. Construction of Sulabh Complex and destruction of old woman's house was fully illegal, misuse of government money refusal of the court orders was been charged on the MLA PWD also said the construction of the sulabh complex is according to the Development Highway Road Control Act 1945 is not valid and before construction NOC must be taken from the respected Authorities. Even the Governor of Uttrakhand asked to take stay on this construction but still the Sulabh Complex was been built on that place, but unfortunately there was no RTI on that time, so that old lady has to be on street. I hope that lady should be healthy and must get justice. High court has not given the stay to that lady yet and she is waiting for the justice.
There are so many enemies standing against me, but i am that much brave today that i am not afraid of all this.
