विषय :- अपने अधिकारों में  वर्ष  2009 से संघर्षशील,बी.पी .एल. जनजाति वृधा 70 वर्षीय कोशल्या देवी की आकस्मिक मृत्यु , आर्थिक मानसिक रूप से व्यथित होने के कारण है ,उन्हें आर्थिक मानसिक यातना देने वालो के खिलाफ जाँच वृधा की  आत्मा को शांति के लिए उनके अधिकार देने बाबत अनुरोध.

आवेदन में संलग्न वृधा के फोटो सहित दो पृष्ठों का अवलोकन करने की कृपा की जाय रोडवेस डीडीहाट में जिनके नाम एक इंच भूमि  नहीं है उनका  आलीशान मकान तथा दुकाने है, वृधा के नाम रस्जिटर जमींन तथा शाशन स्वीकृत जमीन है, भाजपा नेता ने विशाल भूमि में अवेध माकन बना कर स्कूल बनया है,खुले आम जनजाति परिवार का उत्पीडन अपने राजनितिक पहुच से किया है अपने तथा परिवार के नाम जमीने आंवटित कर भेज खाई है खुले आम, भाजपा नेता ने.

श्रीमती कोशल्या देवी टोलिया  पत्नी स्वर्गीय भवान सिंह टोलिया का अपने सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारों में संघर्ष करते हुए आकस्मिक देहांत 14/4/2012, 11 अप्रेल को तारीख जूनियर डिविजन न्यायालय डीडी हाट में.   

माननीय विद्यायक विशन सिंह चुफाल, चैरपर्सन मुन्नी देवी, नगर पंचायत ने अपने राजनीतीक पहुच तथा एक अधिकारों का दुरुपयोग कर रोडवेस स्टेशन डीडीहाट में लाखो खर्च कर 1989 में बने सार्वजनिक शोचालय को धवस्त कर  भाजपा नेता देवीदत्त जोशी के स्कूल तथा अपने चहेतों के हित में अनुसुजित जनजाति के घर के आगे नया निर्माण कर दिया। सवेंदन विहीन, ह्रदय विहीन क्षेत्र में बोलने वाला कोई नहीं, ऐसा प्रतीति होता है की लोकतंत्र नही सामंती राज कायम है । निर्माण कार्य एवं ध्वस्तीकरण गैरक़ानूनी,सरकारी धन का दुरूपयोग, रोड लैंड कंट्रोल एक्ट का उल्घंन है, लोक निर्माण विभाग के नोटिसो की  अवहेलना  बिना N.O.C. के  तथा श्रीमान कलेक्ट्रेट के आदेसो का निरादर था। जिसक पर्दा फाश किया है R.T.I. से ,कई अपीलों का सामना करके.

                   पूर्व में पैदल मार्ग देवीदत्त के स्कूल के बिच जाता था जिसको नगर पंचायत डीडी हाट द्वारा बिना शाशना आदेश के जनजाति परिवार के आगे नया रास्ता एवं शोचालय बना डाला जनजाति परिवार के जमींन में जो पचास वर्षो से वहा रह रहा था जब वहा  एक भी भवन नही था । लोक निर्माण विभाग, प्रशाशन,नोटिसो तथा आदेशो तक ही सिमित रहा । भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विद्यायक विशन चुफाल के भय से लगभग दो करोड़ धन  का दरुपयोग,सालो पुराना रोड वेस स्टेशन का अस्तिव समाप्त हुआ है, जो एक जनविरोधी काम है।

दलित परिवार के घर के सामने शोचालय निर्माण दलित परिवार के शुखान्तर तथा धार्मिक अनुष्ठानो के लिए अभिशाप है यह दलित का उत्पीडन है। अपने अधिकारों के लिए 2009 से 70 वर्षीया कोशल्या देवी देहरादून, नैनीताल, पिथोरागढ़, लोकायुक्त,उत्तराखंड सुचना आयुक्त,अनुसुजित जनजाति आयोग,हाईकोर्ट,नयालायो का चक्कर काट रही थी। बी. पि. एल. वृधा महिला आर्थिक ,मानसिक रूप से व्यथित थी अचानक मृत्यु हो गई. मार डाला वृधा को भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष,नगर पंचयत डीडी हाट ।लोकनिर्माण विभाग तथा अंधे प्रशाशन ने।
