मान सिंह जंगपांगी मूल रूप से जोहार घाटी मुनस्यारी के मूल निवासी है .तथा भोटिया जनजाति के है .भोटिया जनजातियो का देश में गोरवमय इतिहाश रहा है. 1962 से पूर्व भोटिया समुदाय भारत में तिब्बत व्यपार भेड़ पालन उनी कारोबार से
संपन्न जीवन निर्वाह करते थे .चीन द्वारा तिब्बत पैर कब्ज़ा
करने के कारण आजीविका के खातिर इनको पलायन
करना पड़ा था.मान सिंह जंगपांगी ने भी 1962 में एक्लोते पुत्र डॉ गोकर्ण सिंह तथा पत्नी के साथ डीडीहाट का रुख किया.थोड़े जम्मा
पूजी से वीरान जगह पर ज़मीन खरीदी. बयाना रजिस्टर कराया दूर तक कोई घर नहीं था .धीरे
धीरे कुछ रिश्तेदारों को वहा बसाया .खूब महेनत किया. एक लोते संतान को पढाया लिखाया डॉ बनाया. तैनाती
मिली . मान सिंह जंगपांगी तथा पत्नी रुकमणी देवी के जिन्दगी
में खुशियों की बहार आ गयी थी .एक इचा थी लड़के की शादी .पोते पोतियो की किलकारी सुनने की .

. ऍफ़. में तेनात था .1989 में लड़के की शादी श्रीमती मुन्नी देवी से धूमधाम से हुई.जिसमे रिश्ते दार दूर दूर से शामिल हुए थे.खुसिया
समेटे नहीं समेत रही थी. पर अनहोनी की किसी को तनिक भी भनक
नहीं थी. शुहाग रात आखिरी रात बन गई दूल्हा दुल्हन के लिए.
दूल्हा दुल्हन शुहाग सय्या में मृतक पाए गए .दोनों
तन का मिलन हुआ हो या नही पर आत्मा का मिलन करके सदा सदा के लिए चिर निद्रा में सो
गए थे दूल्हा दुल्हन. घर में कोहराम मच गया था. कई चर्चाये अफवाहे हत्या साजिसो .की कहा सुनी शक भय
को बिरोकेट ने सब कुछ रफा दफा कर दिया. घटना किस्सा बन कर रह
गया . वृध्द दमप्ती पर मुसीबतों का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा. रोये तो कितना रोये आंसुओ ने भी
बहना छोड़ दिया था. छाती पिट कर रह जाते थे .क्या करे .
कुछ समय बाद ऐसे में
एक चमत्कार होता है .वृधाओ
की जिंदग़ी में एक बाला 16 वर्षीया जिसका
नाम ताशिला भुपिना जलांग निवासी नागा लैंड का परवेश होता है. वह मान सिंह जंगपांगी के आगन की
तुलसी बन जाती है .(बिन फेरे हम तेरे ) ताशिला अपने
दादा की उम्र के वृद्ध की पत्नी बन जाती है. वृद्ध दम्पति के
जीवन में बहर आ जाती है. समय बीतने के साथ ही इशवर ने एक
औलाद छिनी थी. तीन औलादे लोटाये.एक
सबसे बड़ी लड़की और दो छोटे लड़के. इसे करिश्मा कहे या चमत्कार.
बच्चे 10.7.8.में पढ़ रहे है. बहुत होसियार और सुंदर है . वर्ष 2011 में इस अजूबे जोड़े ने अपनी विवाह का रजिस्ट्रेसन तहसील डीडीहाट में करा दिया है.

किलिंग्तंग जिला कोहिमा नागालैंड से हे .15
साल की कमसिन उम्र में प्रेम दीवानी बनकर अपने प्रेमी के साथ
नागालैंड से उत्तराखंड चली आई थी. प्यार अँधा होता है .वह जात धर्म क्षेत्र भाषा की मुहताज
नहीं होती है . सुंदर सवाप्नो के साथ उत्तराखंड आई थी.

बेच दी गयी प्रेमी के बाप द्वारा तसिला को जोलजीबी
में 10 हज़ार रूपये में .फिर भटकते हुए टकराई मान सिंह जंगपांगी से .और बन
गयी सदा सदा के लिए बुजुर्ग मान सिंह जंगपांगी की पत्नी. और
मान सिंह जंगपांगी में लोट आई जवानी . फिर जीवन का संघर्ष
शुरू होता है जो आज तक जारी है .

मुश्किलें है
डीडीहाट तावन दिन
प्रतिदिन विकसित होता जा रहा है .जनसंख्या बड़ते जा रही है कंक्रीट का
जंगल सुरसा के मुह की तरह फेलता जा
रहा है . जहा मान सिंह का अकेला घर था .वहा आज सेकड़ो घर बन गए है.भविष्य में डीडीहाट का जिला बनना निश्चित है .जमीन की किम्मत आसमान छु रही है. ऐसे में जमीन पर
अराजक तत्वों की नजर है .

कैश नंबर 955/004 में मेरा जमानती बनने पर न्यालय ने की हैसियत की जांच.
तहसीलदार की रिपोर्ट भूमि शून्य .माकन सरकारी
