SUBJECT: Moral support on humane grounds for the world’s most non-violent, helpless, straight and simple tribal under wild conditions. Social Justice and Human Rights for them established.

I am known as one man army with non violence fighting for human rights since 1990 AD for helpless people, social justice, anti-corruption and all types of human welfare and good because I have also faced the severity of corruption and harassment which was very painful and agonistic hence I am never able to tolerate corruption and derivation of right of anyone, in spite of many people call me emotional fool altruist.

I am victimized by LIC of India, the largest life insurer in this sub-continent and have served imprisonment sentence owing to this corruption. Today, I a prefer justice for helpless conserved Raji tribal, social justice and human rights for which I am on hunger strike since September 2016 at the national protest siteat Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, India.

2 innocent Raji tribal children of 12 and 14 years old got life imprisonment in Uttarakhand Jail, India since the year 2005.. Every judicial procedure on them was carried out as major aged in spite of them being minors. Right now they are in prison with no visitors and supporters except me in this entire world.

The commissioner of the Child Commission of Uttrakhand enquired and declared at the time of incidence in the year 2005 the children were aged only 12 and 24 years and produced report before the Governor, Chief Minister, Chief Secretary of the state and the High Court in this state many times, and this matter was published by several news publications.

After Raji tribal never came back home since 10 July 2007, an FIR No. 99/2007 section 290-91 in this matter of missing tribal man was lodged with case no. 2-2010, the police complaint authority and Uttrakhand Govt at Dehra Doon.

The Chaueman JCS Rawat, the above authority declared Raji tribal Man Singh’s custodial death. They released the report to the government of Uttarakhand and High Court on 28-12-2012. One case is yet pending with the above authority, under decision. I am demanding regularly that this case be inquired by the CBI from the Uttrakhand Govt. but the Govt ignored in order to protect the culprit police officers. This is the reason why I let down by the Uttarakhand Govt. I came to National protest site at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi and am on hunger strike. I am also myself a Himalyan tribal man. My native place is surrounded by Nepal and China borders. The temperament of all the Himalyan tribal is always on n-violence and are always loyal towards their nation. The Himalyan tribal have worked for the national security significantly with defense, intelligence, para-military, Administrative services, Foreign Services. At global level innovation and adventure mountaineering they have served like Columbus, Marco Polo and Sherpa Tenzing and have got fame and dignity for their nation and all humanity. Kumari Bachendri Pal, Harish Chand Rawat, Raghu Raj Singh Dhami Sattu Mina Dharma Sattu and the great surveyor of the Survey of India Mr. Nain Singh Rawat is known as one  of the greatest of legends all over the world.

Indian Himalyan tribal in spite of being close to China yet none of them being ever declared s Chinese agent which is what Indian Govt. must consider. What greater loyalty towards humanity, nation, righteousness is possible?

China, not only unduly exploited Tibet, but also the Indian Hmalyan tribal, too much. China has tried o encroach their dignity livelihood and religious institutions. The Himalyan tribal started considering China as their enemy since then.

But the Indian Govt has failed to pay heed to them and is totally insensitive towards them because the Himalyan tribal have no political power. The Himalyan tribal’s many daughters climb the Everest peak but cannot climb any of the state houses of legislature and the parliament owing to political prejudice.

For me only that country and community is great which genuinely considers and performs pragmatically in favour of human rights.

I request the UN to intervene in this matter of Himalyan tribal, specifically Raji tribal which is on the verge of getting extinct, attributable to the reckless disregard by the Indian Government. Should this disregard and corruption by NGOs pretending to work in their interest continue, these tribal are going to finish very soon from the face of Earth, which will be every shameful for the entire globe and the global communities and authorities. The United Nations in this regard, will also be considered as insensitive and anti-human.

I requested almost all the High Commissions of the global nations to protect them but no country has shown any favorable consideration to my request, in favour of these Raji tribal, including the media houses such as BBC.

Every day from Jantar Mantar being at hunger strike request the President of India, Prime Minister, Central Ministries, Hon’ble Supreme Court, NHRC of India (the Indian representation of the UN HRC), I present memorandum.

My demand from the Indian National protest site Jantar Mantar is immediate relief to the Raji tribal and state action towards eradication of corruption in Indian public or Government sector.
