Tribal and Tibet Travails

The President INDIA SUBJECT President is not a King is the utterance of Uttrakhand High Court. In this regard I would like to say the dominion state of India is regulated by the law or there is rule of law and no one has the right to defame the law and constitution in the subject as mentioned here under. The former Chief Minister, Governor, Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, High Court officials concerned in the case tat has been put forward by me where 2 tribal children are serving imprisonment despite being minors and a person has been put to death in police custody and the aforesaid dignitaries in the society have been nurturing such misconduct and corruption and aligned with the guilty and protected them. The 3 people of the Raji tribal concerned are conserved by UN charter and also by Indian government and no visuals of there area can be produced via camera and are punishable by 7 years imprisonment and Rs. 10,000 fine. The tribe is already on the verge of getting extinct and to make them come to such miserable condition the responsible should be tried with sedition charges as the entire Raji tribal community has been put to vanish from the face of Earth by such cultivation of crimes and corruption against them. With the report to Governor, Child Commission, Uttarakhand High Court it has been established that while the incident in the year 2005 as they have been accused they were merely of the ages of 12 and 14 only in the yet tried as adults. In the case of custody death a tribal on 10 July, 2007 vide FIR no. 99 2007 never came back home while I complained to the Governor Uttarakhand in the year 2009 and complaint made at the Police Complaints Authority vide no. 2 2010 under which wife of the victim made written statement before the circuit bench and the villagers also made statements. With the help of RTI petitions and my presentations it has been proved. The circuit bench on 31 December 2015 has held that my petitions are worthy hence I also pray that in order to protect the Himalyan tribal on the verge of getting extinct to be given political support by the way of nomination into the Upper House of the Union Parliament with surety, as with no political standing they have been always been victimized and subject to getting extinct. My protest stage has also been destroyed by Delhi police at the national protest site and belongings robbed off in Delhi Government and NDMC joint illegal operation. I also pray for protection so that I am not eliminated by the culprits against who I am praying relief of the victim tribal. Thus, it has become necessary to try them for sedition as to establish the rule of law and order in this sub continent dominion state of India. Thank you, Jaswant Singh Janpangi
