महोदय दीपक सिंह पोखरिया दिनाक 19/6/2012 से
नायिक हिरासत में है जिसे Police ने
अमानवीय तरीके से पिटा हे, दिनांक
22/06/2012 नायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रथम श्रेणी के आदेश पर उससे सामुदायिक
चिकित्सालय भेजा गया,
जहा घंटो बिताने के पश्चात् चिकित्सा
अधिकारी ने मामले को गंभीर मानते हुए बंदी को जिला चिकित्सालय Refer
किया हे . घंटो बीतने के
पचाशत भी उसे न तो जिला चिकित्सालय ही भेजा गया न उपचार किया गया हे.जिसका
बंदी पर गलत प्रभाव पड़ रहा हे, जो
अमानवीय तथा बंदी के मोलिक अधिकार का हनन हे मानवीय सवेंदनाओ में शीघ्र से शीघ्र
बंदी को उपचार तथा जिला चिकित्सालय भेजने की कृपा की जाय यदि चिकित्सा के अभाव में
बंदी के साथ कोई अनहोनी होती हे, तो उसकी
जिम्मेवारी प्रशासन,लोकप इन्चार्च तथा चिकिस्तक की होगी चिकत्सक द्वारा मामले को गंभीर मानते हुए भी बंदी को अनटी बायोटिक पैन किलर
नहीं दिया गया हे, बंदी को असहनीय पीड़ा हो रही

prisoners and the district hospital as soon as possible should be pleased to

prisoner is unbearable sufferings is arrested prisoner Getting to the unbearable
